Clear Browser Cookies and Cache

Having problems logging in? You may not need to change your password. With the recent upgrade to the SSL certificate on the Wagepoint site, we have found some users may need to clear cookies and cache on their browsers to login to the system. If the instructions below do not work, please let us know as there is an advanced way to clear cookies for a single site.

For Internet Explorer:

  1. Open the Internet Options from the IE Tools Menu
  2. Choose Delete from the Browsing History.
  3. Uncheck Preserve Favorite Website Data.
  4. Check Cookie and Website Data.
  5. Click Delete.
